Transitioning military and veterans also possess a unique set of skills. We can utilize and further develop these skills as you embark on the next stage of your career outside of the military. Our VETS (Voice of Employees That Served) Employee Resource Network (ERN) helps to facilitate the development and retention of veterans through outreach, empowering, mentoring, and networking.
Our company has also made it easier than ever for current Military Reservists and National Guard members to continue serving their country without having to sacrifice their careers. In addition to regular paid time off, we offer 20 business days of military services leave, a salary differential program, and many other perks our employee veterans and their spouses enjoy.
As of February 2024, we also offer Military Spouse Leave, a paid leave of up to 80 hours to Schneider Electric employees who are the spouse or domestic partner of a member of the uniformed services of the United States.
